Chilly Bill is known as “Houston’s Hardest Working Man in Radio.” He began his career at Houston Independent School District’s Jack Yates Senior High School of Communications. After graduating, he attended Texas Southern University and was an air personality for the “Kids Jam Radio Show” on the university’s radio station, KTSU – 90.9 FM. Chilly Bill went on to become a legendary radio personality, holding the position of Programming Director at KISS – 98.5 and Promotions Director at KMJQ – Majic 102.1. He later returned to Texas Southern University to host radio programs on the university’s radio station, KTSU – 90.9 FM.

Chilly Bill has earned several community services honors from the City of Houston, Big Brothers and Sisters, and the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center. In 2002 He was nominated as one of the top radio personalities by Billboard Magazine. In 2008, he was featured in BRE Magazine and saluted by Jeep as an “Unlimited Radio Personality.”

Chilly Bill has a passion for ministry work. He currently serves as a Deacon for Fallbrook Church in northwest Houston. He is married to Tracy; and the proud father of Chad, Nicholas and Taylor.
